Yes. The entire kitchen and chalet food areas are set up as fully kosher for your dates, with separate equipment, full kashering, and a mashgiach on-site.

Rabbinical supervision is provided by Rav Umberto Piperno, together with a dedicated mashgiach on-site. When required, coordination can also be arranged through Chabad of Rome or Chabad of Venice for additional guidance or certification.

Yes. Shabbat meals, plating, warmers, lighting protocols, and setup are all arranged according to halachic requirements.

Yes. We can accommodate allergies, gluten-free needs, vegetarian, and other specific requests.

Kosher snacks, basic beverages, and options for kosher wines can be arranged. Premium wines and special requests can be sourced with notice.

Yes. We can provide kosher-friendly chauffeured service for airport transfers, local transportation, and Shabbat-safe plans.

Every stay includes private chef dining, curated menus, daily housekeeping coordination, and full in-villa/chalet service. Additional experiences—wine pairings, events, lunches—can be added on request.

Yes. We organize the entire stay: villa/chalet selection, scheduling, chauffeured service, reservations, and tailored activities. Guests only share dates and preferences.

Most villas and chalets accommodate 8–24 guests. Smaller private stays for couples or families can be arranged as well.
