Each class is private and tailored to your group, whether you would like to make fresh pasta, prepare a traditional risotto, learn Venetian cicchetti, or create a full Italian lunch or dinner.​

Chef Anthony’s cooking classes are offered in Venice area and in other locations, including private homes, by arrangement.
